This cauliflower recipe is my absolute favourite, its quick, easy and packs a punch of sweet and spicy. Make a big batch, bring it for lunch the next day or pop in the freezer. The best part - this recipe is incredibly low calorie so eat as much as you want without any guilt!

This recipe combines well with cucumber, which brings a cooling effect to the spice, green onions and white rice or noodles.
