This is a simple, easy and elegant recipe for delicious sweet and savoury honey garlic roasted heirloom carrots.
Ingredients
Heirloom carrots
Garlic, minced (measure to taste based on the amount of carrots you have)
Salt and pepper to taste
Olive oil
Honey
Chopped fresh parsley (optional for garnish)
Directions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
Wash, de-stem, and cut carrots in half, lengthwise.
Add to a mixing bowl. Toss with minced garlic, salt and pepper and olive oil.
Bake at 450 degrees F for up to 25 minutes, flipping halfway. Remove when slightly browned and full cooked.
Drizzle generously with honey.
Serve warm.
