Serving you with another pesto recipe! Pestos are one of my favourite sauces because they're so quick to make. Pop all of the ingredients in a food processor or blender et voila - you have yourself a delicious pasta sauce, pizza base, and/or condiment. This light, tangy, and rich sun dried tomato pasta is the perfect addition to all of the above.
Pro tip: Chop your garlic and almonds before adding them to the blender or food processor for a more evenly textured sauce.
Substitutions: Use any nut you'd like. Walnuts are a great sub.
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups sun dried tomatoes
1/2 - 3/4 cup almonds
1 tbsp. fresh rosemary
2-3 cloves of garlic
1 tsp. crushed red pepper
sprinkle of salt and pepper
1/4-1/2 cup olive oil

Directions
Blend all ingredients until a grainy sauce texture is achieved.
