Garlic Rosemary Baked Fries

Fancy fries, elevate the humble fresh fry, and we love them for it. This recipe allows you to make your own fancy, garlic rosemary fries at home, without a fryer, using your oven. Top with flaky salt and Parmesan for the ultimate gold brown and crispy baked fancy French fry recipe!

Ingredients (up to 8 servings)

2 russet potatoes

6 garlic cloves (crushed and unpeeled)

1 bunch of fresh rosemary

olive oil

salt and pepper

Parmesan (optional)


Requires

2 baking sheets

Parchment paper


Directions

1. Pre-heat oven time 425 degrees F.

2. Cut potatoes lengthwise into 1/4 thick match sticks

3. Lay flat across 2 baking sheets lined with parchment paper, ensuring they aren’t crowded, which will allow the fries to crisp while baking

4. Drizzle, 1 tbsp. olive oil on both sheets, sprinkle with salt and pepper, add whole garlic cloves and rosemary. Mix to ensure an even distribution of oil and seasoning

5. Bake for 30-40 minutes, flipping halfway 6. Garnish with flaky salt (optional) and Parmesan (optional)

7. Enjoy!
