This recipe is inspired by one of my favourite dishes at an amazing Greek restaurant in my city. This dip only requires a few ingredients, is incredibly easy to make and ultimately, its deliciousness comes from its simplicity. Serve hot with grilled pita bread and/or an assortment of grilled vegetables and meats.
Total cook and prep time: 15 minutes
Ingredients
2 cups crumbled feta cheese
1-2 tbsp. crushed cayenne pepper or red chili flakes (depending on how spicy you want it)
1 tbsp. paprika (smoked or regular)
Dash of sea salt and black pepper
Drizzle of olive oil (about 1 tbsp.)
Requires:
- Mixing bowl
- Small baking dish
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
In a small mixing bowl, combine all ingredients well. Transfer to an oven safe dish like a ramekin or small skillet
Bake for 10-12 minutes. Remove when sizzling.
Serve warm and enjoy!
