This is one of the juiciest chicken recipes on my blog. It's can incredibly flavourful and incredibly versatile recipe that can be used for tacos, fajitas, salads, sandwiches, on rice and more. It's simple and easy to make and can be ready to eat in 30 minutes.

I made this recipe using a dutch oven, but it can be done on a simple stovetop pan with a lid or on a barbeque.
Ingredients
2 chicken breasts
3-4 limes, juiced
3/4 cup cilantro, chopped
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. crushed red pepper (flakes)
2 tbsp. cumin
2 tbsp. paprika
salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp. olive oil
**Makes 2 serving
Requires
1 container with a lid or a freezer bag
1 dutch oven or stovetop pan
Directions
1. In a freezer bag or container with a lid, add chicken, most of the cilantro, garlic, lime juice, all of the spices and the salt and pepper. Mix well and marinate in the fridge for a minimum of one hour.
2. Heat oil in the dutch oven or pan on medium heat. After about a minute, add the chicken and close the lid. Cook for 15-20 minutes. Flip the chicken and cook the other side for another 15-20 minutes with the lid off for the last 10 minutes.
3. Turn off the heat and add leftover fresh cilantro.
4. Enjoy!
