Vanilla Matcha Protein Smoothie

When it comes to making smoothies it's vital that you create a drink that is packed with ingredients that tailor to your needs. This smoothie serves a punch of energy from the key ingredient: matcha powder. Combined with vanilla protein powder, it is sure to leave you satiated. All blended together with a banana, ice and milk of your choosing, this is the perfect breakfast smoothie and pre- or post- workout snack!

Ingredients

1 banana

1 tbsp. of matcha powder

1 scoop of vanilla protein powder

1/2 cup of ice

1/3 cup of milk of your choosing

Makes 1 serving

A blender

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high
