Level-up your baked brie game with these individual, bite sized baked brie bites. With rosemary, cranberry, and orange zest, they're an explosion of flavour in your mouth - perfect for the holiday season.

Pro Tip: Freeze leftovers for up to 2 weeks. Reheat in the oven.
Substitutions: Camembert works instead of Brie. If you don't like cranberries, you can use your favourite jam instead. Thyme works instead of rosemary and if you don't have oranges you can use any citrus zest.
Ingredients
Flour (of any type) for dusting the dough
1 tube of crescent dough (or about 8 ounces of pastry dough)
1 wheel of brie cheese
1 cup whole berry cranberry sauce (not jellied)
Fresh rosemary sprigs
Zest of one orange
Cooking spray (or anything to grease the pan with)
Requires
Muffin baking pan
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°f degrees. Spray muffin pan with cooking spray (or grease with whatever you have on hand). Spread a little flour out onto your counter. Then roll out crescent roll dough and pinch seams together. Cut crescent roll dough into equal-sized squares. Place squares into muffin tin slots.
Cut brie into small pieces and place inside the crescent dough squares. Top with a generous spoonful of cranberry sauce, orange zest, and a little sprig of rosemary.
Bake until the crescent dough is a light golden brown (about 15 minutes).
Serve warm and enjoy!
